1. Welcome to Screenbites

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Screenbites Cinema's Website and our physical theater premises. By registering an account, purchasing a ticket, or entering our facilities, you accept these terms in full.

2. Ticket Purchases & Refunds

• Validity: Tickets are only valid for the specific movie, date, time, and seat selected during the booking process.
• Refunds: Ticket cancellations and refunds are only permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled movie start time. Booking fees may be non-refundable.
• Age Restrictions: We strictly enforce age ratings (e.g., +18). ID verification may be requested at the entrance. If you purchase a ticket for an age-restricted film and cannot prove your age, entry will be denied without a refund.

3. Cinema Rules (Food & Behavior)

• Outside Food: To maintain our premium experience, outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the screening rooms. We offer a wide variety of snacks and exclusive combos at our bar.
• Behavior: Screenbites is a place to enjoy cinema. Using mobile phones, talking loudly, or disruptive behavior during the screening will result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.

4. User Accounts & Community

When you create an account to use our Community features or book tickets, you agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords. Hate speech, spoilers, or harassment in the Screenbites Community section will lead to permanent account suspension.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via the email associated with your account.
